钢筋混凝土历史建筑中方钢-混凝土的极限粘结应力分析

摘    要:为弄清近代方钢-混凝土的粘结滑移性能,对近代历史文献中方钢-混凝土粘结性能的相关规定进行整理分析;然后,基于方钢的构造特征,提出方钢-混凝土极限粘结应力的理论模型,对比极限粘结应力的理论计算值与试验值,从而验证模型的准确性;最后,对影响方钢-混凝土极限粘结应力的参数进行分析.研究结果表明:文中提出的方钢-混凝土粘结滑移模型的极限粘结应力计算结果与试验结果的平均比值为1.08,积分误差绝对值为15.8%,证明理论模型的准确度较高;摩擦系数与方钢肋高对极限粘结应力的影响均呈正相关且摩擦系数影响较大,方钢肋间距与边长对极限粘结应力的影响均呈负相关且方钢边长的影响更大.

Abstract:In order to clarify the bond slip behavior of modern square rebar-concrete, the relevant rules of square rebar-concrete bond behavior in the modern history literatures are reviewed and analyzed. Based on the structural characteristics of square rebars, a theoretical model of the ultimate bond stress of square rebar-concrete is proposed, and the theoretical calculation value of the ultimate bond stress is compared with the experimental value to verify the accuracy of the model. The parameters influencing the ultimate bond stress of square rebar-concrete are analyzed. The results show that the average ratio of the calculation results of the ultimate bond stress of the bond slip model of square rebar-concrete proposed to the experimental results is 1.08, and the intergral absolute error value is 15.8%, which presents the accuracy of theoretical model. The influence of friction coefficient and square rebar rib height on the ultimate bond stress is positive correlation, the influence of friction coefficient is greater. The influence of square rebar rib spacing and side length on the ultimate bond stress is negative correlation, the influence of square rebar side length is greater.
