断裂系统形成机制:来自物理模拟实验的新启示*

摘    要:由于断裂系统的形成大多与大变形构造过程有关,故从小变形岩石力学实验归纳得到的库仑破裂准则及相关的安德森断层模式,并非总能对其形成机制给予合理的解释。物理模拟是一个十分有用的方法,可为我们提供一些新的启示:许多原先认为具有复杂形成机制的断裂系统,其实可以是简单构造变形过程的产物,也无需复杂的动力学机理解释。本文通过一些伸展、挤压和反转这三类常见构造的典型研究实例,以展示物理模拟实验所能带给我们的有关断裂系统形成机制的新启示。

Abstract:Coulomb's law of failure or related Anderson's theory of faulting,which were deduced from rock mechanics experiments under small strain,can not always reasonably explain formation mechanisms of fault systems,because a majority of fault systems are related to the deformation processes of large strain.Physical modeling,a very useful method for structural deformation study,can shed new light on the formation mechanisms of fault system: many fault systems which were originally considered of complicated genesis,...
