 制造业龙头企业产能共享价值网络的建构——以沈阳机床为例

摘    要: 基于制造业龙头企业产能共享价值网络内涵和沈阳机床i5智能平台共享价值网络实践案例的分析发现,制造业龙头企业价值网络主要由客户价值主张及生产、物流、销售、服务等多个主体共同构成;客户价值主张被触发后,通过价值网络,以 “生产—物流—销售—服务—监督”的价值传递路径带动产能要素在各主体间流动与共享,实现良好的产能协调与生产管控。此网络中,龙头企业是关键节点,为参与价值网络的企业提供敏捷、柔性的生产能力;各参与主体通过协作生产,创造并获取相应的价值。龙头企业通过网络价值传递路径将生产需求分散至各参与主体;各参与主体通过协作生产,创造并获取相应的价值。制造业龙头企业或有条件的大型企业应注重硬实力与软实力建设,中小制造企业应积极参与产能共享平台协作生产。不同制造企业在规模、资金、技术、能力甚至不同的发展阶段上都存有差异,制造企业需根据自身情况合理选择共享价值网络的建构或参与方式。

Abstract: A case study of Shenyang Machine Tool Group (SMTCL) i5 intelligent platform sharing value network in China based on the essence of the production capacity sharing value network of leading manufacturing enterprises finds that the value network of leading manufacturing enterprises is mainly composed of customer value proposition and subjects of production,logistics,sales,service and the like.After the customer value proposition is triggered,the value transmission path of production logistics sales service supervision drives the flow and sharing of production capacity elements among the subjects through the value network so that good production capacity coordination and production control is achieved.In this network,leading enterprises are key nodes,providing agile and flexible supply capabilities for enterprises participating in the value network and participants create and obtain corresponding value through collaborative production.To this end,leading manufacturing enterprises and capable large enterprises should pay attention to the construction of hard power and soft power,and small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises should actively participate in the collaboration in the production capacity sharing platforms.Moreover,manufacturing enterprises need to make wise decision as to their way to use the shared value network,either by construction or participation,according to their own scale,capital,technology,capacity and even the development stages they are in.
