摘    要:锑(Sb)是一个有潜在毒性和致癌性的类金属元素,其化学性质与砷(As)相似。自然过程及人类活动引起的锑污染已经较为广泛地存在于水体和土壤环境中。近年来,多道等离子体质谱仪的引入使锑同位素的高精度分析成为可能。首先综述了水土环境中锑的污染及存在形态,接着系统报道了锑同位素的测试技术,包括化学纯化、质谱测试方法以及锑同位素的分馏机理及其应用。在此基础上,提出了锑的未来研究方向以及锑同位素在锑污染来源、迁移转化过程和环境生物地球化学循环的研究中的应用前景。

Abstract:Antimony (Sb) is a metalloid element with potential toxicity and carcinogenicity, its chemical property is similar to arsenic. Sb resulting from natural processes and human activitiesis ubiquitously presents in the water and soil environment. Sb isotope ratio could not be measured precisely until the introduction of the multiple-collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (MCICP- MS) in the beginning of this century. This paper reviewed the Sb pollution and species in the water and soil environment, then systematically reported the analytical methods of Sb isotopes, including the pre-concentration and separation methods and MC-ICPMS measurement techniques, as well as the fractionation mechanism and application of Sb isotopes. Finally, on this basis, the research direction of antimony was put forward, and the Sb isotope application in Sb pollution source, migration and transformation, and environmental biogeochemical cycle of Sb was proposed.
