摘    要:探究聚羧酸系减水剂(PCE)对铝酸三钙(C3A)_石膏体系早期水化的作用机制,对 PCE 的研发与应用具有重要的指导意义。本文通过水化进程、溶解速率、物相演变和溶液离子浓度进行表征,分析 PCE 对 C3A_石膏体系早期水化的影响机理。结果表明:石膏的掺入改变了 C3A 的水化历程,随着掺量的增加,二次水化放热峰出现时间延缓,峰值逐渐降低;PCE的掺入抑制了 C3A 颗粒的溶解,阻碍了 AFt 晶体在 C3A 颗粒表面的成核生长,并使石膏处于一个较低的溶解平衡状态;PCE在颗粒表面的吸附改变了 SO42-、Ca2+等的空间分布,使得孔溶液与颗粒表面离子浓度并不一致,促使了各种离子在颗粒表面的聚集,增加了离子之间碰撞、沉淀,有利于形成 AFm 物相。

Abstract:Investigation on the mechanism of polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE) on the early hydration of tricalcium aluminate(C3A)_gypsum system has important guiding significance for the development and application of PCE. In this paper, the influence mechanism of PCE on the early hydration of C3A_gypsum system was analyzed by characterizing the hydration process, dissolution rate, phase evolution and solution ion concentration. The results show that the addition of gypsum changes the hydration of C3A; with the increase of gypsum content, the appearance time of secondary hydration exothermic peak is delayed and the peak amplitude isreduced gradually. The incorporation of PCE inhibits the dissolution of C3A particles, hinders the nucleation and growth of AFt crystals on the surface of C3A particles, and keeps the gypsum in a lower dissolution equilibrium state. The adsorption of PCE on the particleschanges the spatial distribution of SO42-Ca2+ etc., leading to the pore solution is not consistent with the ion concentration on the particle surface, which promotes the aggregation of various ions on the particle surface, increases the collision and precipitation among ions, and is conducive to the formation of AFm phase.
