摘要: 通过模拟国内某油田腐蚀环境中的高温高压试验,研究了N80,P105,SM110油管钢的局部腐蚀速率·结果表明,N80,P105和SM110油管钢均表现出了较高的腐蚀速率·在影响局部腐蚀速率的各个因素中,流速和油水比对局部腐蚀速率的影响最明显,对比N80钢,含水100%的腐蚀速率比含水30%及70%时高出15倍及5倍以上·P105和SM110钢也如此,P105钢变化最大,含水100%时腐蚀速率比含水30%时高出50倍·CO2分压和氯离子浓度也会在一定程度上影响油管钢的局部腐蚀的趋势·

Abstract: The local corrosion rate of tubing steels N80, P105 and SM110, which were usually used in a domestic oil were studied via simulation. The results show that all of the tubing steels exhibit high corrosion rate and that the flow-rate and ratio of crude to water affect most evidently the local corrosion rate. When the water content is up to 100%, the corrosion rates of steel N80 are 15 times and 5 times larger than those when the water content is 30% and 70%, respectively in this respect the steels P105 and SM110 are similar to N80, especially the corrosion rate of PI 05 when water content is 100% is 50 times larger that when water content is 30%. Moreover, it is found that the CO2 partial pressure and Cl- concentration also affect the corrosion rate to a certain extent.
