Optimization Design of Heavy-Duty Tractor Based on Sub-structure Modal Synthesis Method

摘要: 以某重型牵引车为研究对象,采用子结构建模法,建立了包含各悬挂部件和负载的缩减整车动力学仿真模型.分析了该模型的固有特性,并与传统建模方法建立的整车模型的固有特性结果进行对比,验证了该模型的正确性.利用子结构模态综合法,研究了整车的动力学响应,并与实车实验测试结果进行对比.结合六西格玛优化设计理论,对重型牵引车进行稳健性优化.结果表明:所提的动力学仿真模型能有效模拟整车的动力学特性;重型牵引车在满足设计寿命的前提下,系统的抗干扰能力得到了提升,并且实现了整车的轻量化.

Abstract: Taking a heavy-duty tractor as the research object and the sub-structure modeling method was used to establish a reduced vehicle dynamics simulation model including each suspension component and load. The intrinsic characteristics of the model were analyzed and compared with the inherent characteristics of the vehicle model established by the traditional modeling method. The correctness of the model was verified. The sub-structure modal synthesis method was used to study the dynamic response of the vehicle, and compared with the actual vehicle test results. Combined with six sigma optimization design theory and the robustness of heavy tractors was optimized. The results showed that the as-proposed dynamic simulation model can effectively simulate the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle. Under the premise of satisfying the design life, the heavy-duty tractor has improved the anti-interference ability of the system and realized the lightweight of the whole vehicle.
