摘要: 在分析制造业面临的动态多变的竞争环境基础上,着重考虑了时间、成本、风险作为伙伴选择过程中的重要评价因素,结合项目本身存在的约束关系以及决策者的偏好,提出了基于遗传算法的合作伙伴选择的多目标优化模型·实例仿真结果验证了算法模型与求解过程的有效性与实用性,实现了网络化制造伙伴选择的定量分析,为开发网络联盟企业合作伙伴选择决策支持系统奠定了基础·

Abstract: Dynamic alliance and virtual enterprise (VE) are the main components of global manufacturing, of which the partner selection is a key problem in VE to the success of a project. A partner selection method or multi-objective optimization model is proposed including time, cost and risk as factors to evaluate and constraints on the project. A genetic algorithm is further developed to solve the problem. The performance of this algorithm is demonstrated by an example showing the R&D activities of a smoke detector, and the results reveal the effectiveness and efficiency of this algorithm.
