在经济新常态背景下，如何促进毕业生就业是各高校面临的重要课题，对于以培养应用型人才为主的二本高校则更为紧迫。本文以二本高校经管类毕业生为研究对象，通过在毕业前半年和毕业后半年分别对就业期望与就业实际的问卷调查，对毕业生就业期望与就业实际情况进行比较，并对影响就业期望与就业实际差距的原因进行了分析。在当前的就业形势下，对大学生开展更有针对性的就业指导和服务提供实证支持。

In the context of the new normal of economy, how to promote the employment of graduates is an important issue facing colleges and universities, which is even more urgent to second-tier?universities that focus on training application-oriented talents. This paper takes the graduates majoring in economics and management in second-tier universities as the research object. It compares the graduates’ employment expectation with their actual employment situation and analyzes the gap between employment expectation and employment reality?by conducting a questionnaire survey on employment expectation and employment reality in half year before and after their graduation，providing empirical support for offering more targeted vocational guidance and services for college students.
