Abstract:In order to research the application of virtual test technique in the test of multi-axis road simulation test system for automobile driving axle, the principle and composition of actual test system is analyzed, the model of the electro-hydraulic servo control system is established by AMEsim, while the model of the mechanical system rigid flexible coupled multi-body dynamic is established by ADAMS, and models are both been verified, mechanical-electro-hydraulic co-simulation model is built up by Simulink. With the system identification and simulative iteration algorithm of Remote parameter Control(RPC), loading control program is done by MATLAB and been verified. With a set of driving axle as an example, the virtual road simulation test is done by the virtual test system established before, final average iteration error is less than 5% , the efficiency and precision are promoted greatly, which means that an effective method is provided for the road simulation test of the automobile driving axle.
