    摘要:

    受环境、光照强度及拍摄距离的影响,视频监控图像时常变得模糊,图像中的弱小特征不利于辨别,从而影响监控系统的应用价值。针对该问题,本文设计出一个应用于复杂环境的多策略可控式综合图像增强系统。该系统融合多种增强策略来增强不同环境因素下得到的模糊监控图像,同时用户可以根据对监控图像的效果需求自行控制增强过程。实验结果表明,该系统可以实现增强效率与增强效果的有效统一,使系统性能达到最佳,从而大幅提升监控系统的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Effecting by environment, light intensity and photography distance, video monitoring image usually become blur and difficult to distinguish small characteristic in image, which influence the apply value. To solve this problem, a multi-strategies controllable compositive image enhancement system for complex environment is designed. This system fuses multiple enhancement strategies to enhance blurred monitoring image under different environment factor. The experimental results reveal that this system can realize effective unification of enhanced efficiency and enhanced effect, which make system achieve optimum performance, thus improve the apply value of monitoring system extremely.
