As a carrier of ocean observation, the submerged buoy system has some special advantages. In general case, the test equipments on the submerged buoy system is high sensitivity and precision which have strict requirements to the carrier’s dynamic responses. It’s inevitable that the system gets dynamic responses under the ocean current and the test system can't work properly if large current-induced dynamic responses took place. For this, dynamic responses of tether cable and the vibration transfer characteristics of submersible buoy-mooring system were acknowledged by this field measurement.
