    摘要:

    探讨矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷对铅致大鼠肝肾损伤的保护作用。20只雄性SD大鼠随机分成4组,不同剂量花色苷灌服同时腹腔注射铅溶液,连续5天,末次给药12h后称重,收集样本。检测血清肝肾功能指标:谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿素和肌酐,部分肝肾行石蜡包埋、切片,病理学检测。结果表明Pb暴露造成大鼠肝、肾损伤明显,脏器系数表现明显(P<0.05)。保护各组血清ALT、AST、尿素、肌酐呈下降趋势,肝脏水变性、脂肪样变,肝细胞空泡化及肾小管管腔变窄、蛋白管型等病变均有不同程度的好转。研究结果显示矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷对Pb造成的肝肾损伤具有明显的保护作用,具体的机制还有待进一步的研究。

    Abstract:

    To explore the potential protective effect of cyaniding-3-glucoside on lead-induced liver and kidneys damage in rats, 20 males SD rats were choosen and then randomly divided into four group. Different dose of anthocyanins are intragastric administration, lead solution are intraperitoneal injection at the same time, for 5 days successively treatment. After the last treatment 12h,weighing the bodyweight of rats and collect the serum, liver and kidnys sample to detect. ALT、AST of liver damage index and urea、creatinine of kidneys damage index are measured. Part of liver and kidney are used to paraffin embedding, sectioning for pathology examination. The results show obviously organ coefficentchanges(P<0.05)and significantly liver and kidneys damage of lead exposed group. Sreum ALT, AST, Urea and creatinine show a downward trend in these protection groups. Also, the water and fatty denaturetion of liver and the vacuoles of cell and the narrow change, tube type of protein of renal tubular etc pathological changes showd different degrees of improvement. All the find of the study have shown that cy-3-glu have the clearly protection on lead induced liver and kidneys damage, the mechanism of this need further research.
