Abstract:High-speed boat's navigation State, compared with the low-speed boat is quite different. It has a significant impact on the ship's resistance. The resistance prediction of such vessels must need consideration of the impact of the ship's navigation state. Existing published information about the planning craft vertical and longitudinal movement theory prediction research is rare. The author mainly use the dynamic mesh to simulate ship navigation state. At the same time, in order to ensure the calculation continuity and stability, in discrete time domain, according to the force of the hull, UDF was used to control the ship motion. This paper is about basing on fluent to calculate the three-dimensional hull resistance, taking into account the navigation state. The calculation results show that the method of ship hydrodynamic prediction is feasible.
