    摘要:

    此论文通过规范核电厂工程总承包方(EPC)在工程建设、设备安装调试时期产生的各种采购、施工、安装、调试工程相关数据,结合制定生产运营期核电厂业主进行移交时的相关标准流程,从而解决核电工程从建设期到运营期的数据移交质量相关核心问题。通过详细分析运营阶段会使用到的建设期信息,从数字化角度开展核电工程数字化移交研究工作,覆盖涉及到的移交范围、移交原则、移交策略和移交数据规范等相关内容,从数字化移交所要达到的管理规范、管理平台、管理效果等多角度进行剖析。研究过程参考了国内外关于流程工厂的相关规范和国际标准,并结合数字化产品定义所需的数据实施规程规范后,形成了基于“华龙一号”核电工程的数据数字化移交标准规范,并对未来的数字化承载平台的功能和技术架构开展思考。通过研究表明,该套标准规范和数字化平台的设计和建设,能够适用于“华龙一号”核电工程建设,并为后续同类核电工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, by standardizing various purchase, construction, installation, and commissioning engineering data, which is generated by nuclear power plant EPC during engineering construction, equipment installation and commissioning, and establishing relevant standard process to transfer to nuclear power plant owner in production and operation, it resolves core issues of data transfer quality from construction period to operational period for nuclear power project. By means of elaborately analyzing data in construction period which might be used during operation phase, we carry out nuclear power project data handover research from digital perspective, covering transfer scope, transfer principle, transfer strategy, and transfer data specification, etc., and dissect from perspectives of management specification, management platform, and management effect for digital transfer. The research process refers to relevant norms and international standards about process plant at home and abroad, and combines relevant standards and specifications about code of practice for data defined in a digitalized product, we come up with data digital handover standards and specifications based on “Hualong-1” Nuclear Power Project, and start thinking about functionality and technical architecture of digital host platform in the future. Studies have shown that the set of standards, design and construction of the digital platform are applicable to “Hualong-1” nuclear power plant construction, and provide a reference for follow-up similar nuclear power project in the future.
