    摘要:

    主要应用有限元计算方法,以实际测试接触斑验证计算模型和方法的正确性,在此基础上,分析了踏面磨耗对轮轨接触特性的影响。首先,通过实际测试得到轮对的踏面轮廓坐标数据,根据实测数据建立有限元模型。应用感压胶片现场实测得到轮对自重时轮轨接触斑的大小,与有限元仿真轮对重力作用下的接触斑进行对比,证明有限元模型和接触参数设置的正确性。应用此有限元模型,研究了随着车辆运行里程的增加,车轮不断磨耗而发生变化的车轮型面对轮轨接触斑、接触应力的影响变化规律。结果表明:初期随着磨耗的增加轮轨型面更加匹配,接触应力逐渐减小,磨耗速度逐渐降低;当车轮磨耗到一定程度后,接触应力和磨耗速度又快速上升。

    Abstract:

    The finite element method mainly is used in the research. The correctness of the calculation model and method is verified based on the contact patch that contained in the test. Then the influence on wheel-rail contact characteristics of tread wear is studied. First of all, the tread profile coordinate data of wheelset is obtained through the actual test. finite element model is established according to the data. Shapes and sizes of contact patch when the wheelset is free are obtained in the test. Compared with the contact patch that be obtained in the Finite Element Simulation, the correctness of finite element model and contact parameters is verified. Based on this finite element model, the regular that effects on contact stress and the wheel-rail contact patch of changing tread with the increase in vehicle running mileage is studied The results show that with the increase of wear, profile of wheel and rail become more matching, contact stress decreases gradually, the wear rate also decreased gradually; however, when the wheel wear developed to a certain degree, the contact stress and wear rate increases quickly.
