    摘要:

    为满足城市景观的需要,同时适应可持续发展趋势,拟采用新型铝合金防撞护栏替代传统型钢护栏,为了保证其具有良好的安全性能,需对其力学性能进行评价分析。本文以某实际工程为背景,提出了一种新型铝合金防撞护栏方案,通过理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法对其在汽车碰撞作用下螺栓连接处的承载能力、栏杆及立柱的安全性能进行了综合分析。研究发现:对初步提出的铝合金护栏方案,可适当增大螺栓直径及法兰盘厚度,以保证其具有良好的安全性能;当车辆发生撞击时,改进后的护栏所承受的碰撞冲击力及变形均符合规范要求,因而可以应用到实际工程中。本研究成果可为同类铝合金护栏的推广应用提供技术支持。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the needs of urban landscape and adapt to the trend of sustainable development, it is proposed to replace the traditional steel guardrail with a new type of aluminum alloy guardrail. In order to ensure its good safety performance, its mechanical properties should be evaluated. Based on a practical project, this paper proposes a new type of aluminum alloy guardrail. Through the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the bearing capacity of the bolt joints under the collision of automobiles and the safety performance of the railings and columns are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that: for the initial proposed aluminum alloy guardrail scheme, the bolt diameter and the thickness of the flange can be appropriately increased to ensure its good safety performance; when the vehicle collides, the impact force of the improved guardrail and the deformations are in compliance with the specifications and can be applied to actual projects. The research can provide technical support for the promotion and application of similar aluminum alloy guardrails.
