    摘要:

    识别城市交通常发性拥堵区域,能够为交通管理部门和规划部门提供相应的改进建议,对城市道路网络健康运行具有重要作用。城市交通拥堵判别方法存在两个难题:基于传统检测器方法应用的局限性;基于路段级别的方法存在费工费时的地图匹配问题。针对这两个问题,提出基于车辆GPS轨迹数据的网格级别的拥堵判别方法,并利用改进的具有噪声应用的基于密度的空间聚类(Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise,DBSCAN)算法识别城市常发性拥堵区域。基于哈尔滨市城市道路网络、出租车和公交车GPS轨迹数据进行算例分析,结果表明,其能够有效判别基于网格的交通拥堵,并成功识别城市常发性拥堵区域。

    Abstract:

    Identifying urban recurrent congestion areas, and providing improvement suggestions for the city management and planning department, are benefit for the healthy operation of urban road network. Urban congestion detecting method faces two main challenges: application limitation of the detecting method based on traditional traffic sensors; time-consuming map matching process is necessary for the link-level congestion detecting method. Thus, a grid-level congestion detecting method based on GPS trajectory data was proposed, and an improved density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise algorithm was used for identifying urban recurrent congestion areas. Based on real urban road network,taxi trajectory data and bus trajectory data, several experimental tests were carried out, and results showed that the methods could detect congestion and identify urban recurrent congestion areas accurately and effectively.
