    摘要:

    为节约能源和保护环境,适应未来城市交通的要求,提出了一种用于电动汽车的集动力、悬架、制动和行驶为一体的高效紧凑的多功能电动轮系统。对轮毂电机、悬架和制动器进行了选型,形成了直接驱动型电动轮系统方案;结合城市道路条件和行车环境,确定了整车参数,进行了轮毂盘式永磁电机的结构设计和动力参数的计算;设计了基于MR阻尼器的车轮内装半主动悬架。把电动轮与四轮独立驱动电动汽车车体进行耦合,在电动汽车仿真软件 ADVISOR 基础上,建立整车动力学仿真模型,对整车进行了动力学仿真,结果表明,该车的动力性能与设计指标基本相符,能够适应城市的交通状况,电动轮驱动系统的设计方案是实用、可行的。

    Abstract:

    In order to save energy and protect environment, above all ,to adapt to the requirement of the future city traffic, a new multifunctional, high efficient and integrated motorized wheel system for electric vehicle including in-wheel motor, brake and semi-active suspension was proposed .The project of directly driven electric wheel system was formed. Some essential performance indexes of electric vehicle considering the traffic condition and environment of city road were studied, and then the power indexes and structure of in-wheel disc permanent magnet motor were determined. In addition, the semi-active suspension in wheel based on magneto-rheological fluid damper (MR damper) was designed. Finally, simulating model of 4WD electric vehicle with motorized wheel system were constructed by using the simulation software ADVISOR, then the vehicle dynamics simulation was carried out under the test condition, results show that, the dynamic performance indexes can adapt to the city traffic, the design of motorized wheel driving system is practical and feasible.
