    摘要:

    选用粒径分布相同、理化性质不同的普通粉煤灰(PC ash) 和循环流化床固硫灰(CFB ash) 填充天然橡胶,并研究了对天然橡胶混炼胶性能的影响。结果表明:经PC灰或者CFB灰补强的天然橡胶混炼胶的100%定伸应力、永久变形和硬度得到提升。填充量相同条件下,表面疏松多孔的絮状CFB灰补强效果明显优于密实球形玻璃体PC灰。这是由于CFB灰的表面疏松多孔,与天然橡胶存在更多的交联点;CFB灰中存在的部分可燃物起到类似炭黑的补强作用。经硅烷偶联剂活化后的粉煤灰具有更好的补强效果。

    Abstract:

    Normal fly ash (PC ash) and circulating fluid bed ash (CFB ash), which with same diameter distribution and different physicochemical characteristics were used to filled nature rubber, and properties of natural rubber compound was investigated. The results showed that: 100% Modulus, Permanent deformation and Hardness Reinforced of natural rubber compound were increased. CFB ash has a better reinforcing effect than that of PC ash. It is because that CFB ash ( porous surface) have more junction with natural rubber than that of PC ash (solid spherical particles), and carbon residue in CFB ash play a reinforcing effect like carbon black. KH550 modified fly ash has better reinforcement effect than original ash.
