    摘要:

    以3种不同粒径的偏高岭土样品为考察对象,在30℃~110℃范围内研究了偏高岭土对油井水泥强度的影响。研究结果表明,偏高岭土的粒径、掺量以及养护温度均会对油井水泥的强度产生影响。在油井水泥中掺入偏高岭土,应注意其适合的粒径、掺量及温度的使用范围,超出此适用范围,偏高岭土对油井水泥抗压强度的改善作用减弱,甚至还会降低油井水泥的抗压强度。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the influence of three kinds of metakaolins with different particle sizes on compressive strength of oil cement was investigated from 30℃ to 110℃. The experiment results showed that the particle size, the mixing amount and the curing temperature all have impacts on compressive strength of oil cement. When mixing metakaolin in oil cement, the range of particle size, the mixing amount and the using temperature should be emphasized. If out of this range, the improvement to compressive strength of oil cement became weak, even to impair the compressive strength.
