Currently, in the information fusion area testing and evaluation on the effectivity of algorithm is required, method of standardization of evaluation index and calculation of its corresponding weight value in central fusion level is described, it can be used in auto-suiting exchang of index balance with the fuction of cnducting the best selection of fusion algorithms in various type of data-source, it is also certified by the experiment.
