    摘要:

    摘要 根据国家药典委员会2010版药典品种对颗粒剂型增加溶出度检查的要求,对该品种的质量进行更有效的控制,建立琥乙红霉素颗粒的溶出度测定方法。对荷移比色法和硫酸显色法进行了比较,因硫酸显色法重现性和精密度好,灵敏度高,显色后溶液的稳定性强,显色剂易得等特点,仍沿用此方法。

    Abstract:

    According to the requirement for dissolution rate of drug granules in the 2010 edition of the State Pharmacopoeia Commission Pharmacopoeia , we established a assay method of the dissolution of erythromycin ethylsuccinate for more effective quality control. According to this new method , we evaluated the erythromycin ethylsuccinate through spectrophotometric method and the sulfuric acid solution (75 → 100) was used as chromogenic reagent. Through the comparison between the method of charge transfer reaction and sulfuric acid colorimetry, we found that sulfuric acid colorimetry method has the merits of better reproducibility and precision, higher sensitivity and more stable after the solution and can be used as the method to determin the dissolution of erythromycin ethylsuccinate.
