    摘要:

    小井眼扩孔钻头是老井重钻的关键设备。针对井下空间尺寸小、动力来源困难等问题,采用整体刀块、斜面变径等新型结构,用数值模拟方法进行了钻头体的刚度、强度分析,研制了小井眼液压可控式变径扩孔钻头,可将井眼由φ118mm扩到φ146mm。经现场试验表明,操作简单灵便、工作安全可靠、扩孔直径均匀,为扩孔钻头提供了一个新品种。

    Abstract:

    The reaming drill bit in slim hole is a key tools of re-drilling in existing well. Hydraulic diameter adjustable drill bit is designed to overcome problems of small underground space and insufficient power source with analyzing the stiffness and strength of drill bit body by numerical simulation method and adopting some new structure: overall knife block, slope structure to adjust the diameter of drill bit and so on. This drill bit can ream the well hole diameter form 118mm to 146mm and it is verified by field test that this drill Bit has a easy operation, works reliably and reams even well hole diameter .It is a new species of reaming drill bit.
