    摘要:

    研究室内沙疗室实验阶段空气和沙体间热量传递规律。运用CFD技术建立了室内沙疗室实验阶段三维热物理模型及数学模型,应用Fluent软件计算了沙疗室内气固耦合传热问题,数值模拟与实验验证了空气和沙体温度场的变化。结果表明模拟与实验中空气和沙体的温度场变化规律吻合良好;与吐鲁番沙疗场相对照,模拟得到了适宜室内进行沙疗的温度稳态层及其埋沙深度;通过单口热压自然通风使室内沙疗室的空气热环境具有一定的热舒适度。因而,室内沙疗室可提供沙疗所需温度且相对舒适的热环境,为进一步完善室内沙疗系统的设计提供理论和实践依据。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the mechanism of heat transfer process between the pilot phase of air and sand body at the experimentalSstage in indoor sand-therapy room. Using the method of CFD to build the three dimensional thermal-physical model and mathematical model of indoor sand-therapy room at the experimentalSstage,the fluid-solid coupling heat transfer problem was resolved In the FLUENT. Temperature field between the pilot phase of air and sand body was numerically simulated and experimentally verificated. The result of temperature field in the pilot phase of air and sand body was calculated and the data of numerical simulation was matched to the experimental date. In contrast with the Turpan sand therapy field, suitable for indoor the temperature steady layer and the depth of sand-therapy was obtained by simulating. Through pressing a single-sided natural ventilation, indoor sand-therapy room environment has a certain degree of thermal comfort. Indoor sand therapy room can provide appropriate therapy temperature and relatively comfortable thermal environment,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the further improvement of the indoor sand-therapy system design.
