    摘要:

    目的:研究高负荷间歇运动对自发性伸指肌腱断裂的修复性能。方法:将某医院患有自发性伸指肌腱断裂的78位患者作为研究对象,随机将其划分成高负荷间歇运动组和对照组,对照组在实验期间不进行任何运动,高负荷间歇运动组在功率自行车上进行高负荷间歇运动。结果:实验2周后高负荷间歇运动组的指关节活动度显著性高于对照组(P<0.05),实验4~10周后非常显著性高于对照组(P<0.01)。高负荷间歇运动组指关节活动评定结果的优良率非常显著性高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验后高负荷间歇运动组握力与健侧比明显高于实验前和对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。5周时高负荷间歇运动组除JHFT1和JHFT3与对照组相比有显著性差异外(P<0.05),其它JHFT评分和对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);10周时高负荷间歇运动组JHFT1、JHFT3非常显著性低于对照组(P<0.01),JHFT2、JHFT4、JHFT6、JHFT7显著性低于对照组(P<0.05); 10周时高负荷间歇运动组JHFT1、JHFT2、JHFT3、JHFT4、JHFT6、JHFT7显著性低于5周时(P<0.05)。高负荷间歇运动组实验4周、6周后IGF-1含量与对照组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05),实验8周、10周后对照组相比差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01);高负荷间歇运动组实验4周、6周和8周后IGF-1mRNA表达与对照组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05),实验10周后与对照组相比差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:高负荷间歇运动能够提高自发性伸指肌腱断裂的修复性能。

    Abstract:

    objective: to study the high load intermittent motion performance of spontaneity and refers to the repair of tendon rupture.Methods: a hospital 78 patients with spontaneous and refers to the tendon rupture as the research object, randomLy divided into its intermittent high load exercise group and the control group, control group without any movement during the experiment, high load intermittent movement group high load on the power bicycle intermittent movement.Results: the experiment 2 weeks after the high load of intermittent movement group joint activity significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05), the experiment of 4 ~ 10 weeks after the very significant higher than that of control group (P < 0.01).High load outcome of knuckles activity evaluation of intermittent movement was very significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.01).After experimental high load and grip strength and the contralateral than intermittent movement group was obviously higher than that of before the experiment and the control group, has a very significant difference (P < 0.01).5 weeks intermittent movement group except JHFT1 and high load JHFT3 compared with the control group with significant difference (P < 0.05), compared to other JHFT score and the control group had no statistical significance (P > 0.05);At 10 weeks JHFT1 intermittent movement group, high load JHFT3 very significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.01), JHFT2, JHFT4, JHFT6, JHFT7 significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.05);At 10 weeks intermittent movement group JHFT1, JHFT2, high load JHFT3, JHFT4, JHFT6, JHFT7 significantly less than 5 weeks (P < 0.05).High load intermittent movement experiments after 4 weeks, 6 weeks IGF 1 content difference compared with control group is significant (P < 0.05), the experiment of 8 weeks, with very significant difference compared to control group after 10 weeks (P < 0.01);High load of intermittent movement 4 weeks, 6 weeks of the experiments and after eight weeks of IGF 1 mrna expression differences compared with control group has significance (P < 0.05), the experiment after 10 weeks has very significant difference compared with control group (P < 0.01).Conclusion: the intermittent movement can improve the spontaneity and high load refers to the repair of tendon rupture performance.
