    摘要:

    爆破振动传感器的安装定位对于准确测量爆破振动信号十分重要,目前常见的几种爆破振动传感器固定方式都很难精确监测到对应爆破地震动或结构动力响应的值。针对实际爆破测振工作中几种常见的固定方式,在实验室内以及现场爆破环境下进行实验测试对比,发现振动信号本身的频率以及被测结构的固有频率会对测量结果造成影响,低频振动信号的测量结果值影响不大,而高频信号会对测振结果造成较大误差。传感器固定方式对各个分量的测量值影响不一,尤其是水平分量的影响差异较为明显。石膏固定传感器时,粘结层厚度越小,测到的数据越准确,但考虑到传感器固定的可靠性,为使其不脱落,厚度应不低于2mm。

    Abstract:

    The fixed method and positioning of the blasting vibration sensor is very important for the accurate measurement of the blasting vibration signal. At present, several kinds of blasting vibration sensor fixes are difficult to accurately monitor the corresponding dynamic response of the structure or blasting vibration. Aiming at the common fixation methods in the blasting vibration work, the laboratory and blasting works experimental results show that the frequency of the vibration signal itself and the natural frequency of the measured structure will affect the measurement result. The low frequency signal has little effect, and the high frequency signal will cause a large error in the vibration measurement results. The sensor fixed method has different influence on the measured value of each component, especially the difference of the horizontal component is obvious. When use Gypsum fixed sensor, the more thickness of the adhesive layer, the more accurate the measured data. But taking into account the reliability of the sensor fixed, the thickness should not be less than 2mm.
