    为快速估算轴流压气机离散噪音的远场声压级,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,对带有出口导流叶片的单级压气机进行非定常内流场数值研究,根据流场结果分析了压气机离散单音产生的位置和机理;在压气机瞬态CFD数据的基础上,运用计算航空声学(CAA)方法结合有限元/无限元技术对两个工况下的压气机噪声进行数值模拟,分析了近场/远场压气机离散噪声的辐射特性,并将模拟结果与实验值进行对比验证。数值模拟结果表明:混合数值计算方法计算结果与实验值基本相符合,可以用于压气机离散噪音的快速评估

    Abstract:

    In order to rapidly estimate the far-field sound pressure level of discrete noise in an axial-flow compressor, the unsteady internal flow field of a single-stage compressor with an outlet guide vane was numerically studied by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. The position and mechanism of discrete monotone generation were analyzed according to the results of the flow field. On this basis, the computational aeroacoustics (CAA) method combined with finite element / infinite element technique is used to simulate the compressor noise under two operating conditions, and the radiation characteristics of near-field / far-field compressor discrete noise are analyzed. The numerical simulation results show that the calculated results of the hybrid method are in good agreement with the experimental data, and can be used for the rapid evaluation of compressor discrete noise.
