    为了对大学生运动损伤发病进行预防,降低运动损伤发病率,通过功能动作筛查研究大学生运动损伤发病率预防方法。选择160位大学生,对其进行功能动作筛查,进行评分测试。分析了大学生功能动作筛查整体测试结果、大学生灵活性筛查结果、稳定性筛查结果和基本动作功能筛查结果,对大学生不同功能动作筛查分数进行相关性分析,研究大学生功能动作筛查分数分布特性,分析了运动损伤发病预防效果。结果表明:转/旋转稳定性项目分数最低,肩关节灵活性分数最高;女大学生肩关节活动幅度、髋关节灵活性比男大学生好,男生躯干稳定性比女生好;功能动作筛查总分和灵活性相关性最高与稳定性相关性最低,但相关性整体均较高;功能动作筛查分数分布主要集中在中间部分;功能动作筛查可降低大学生损伤发病率。从结果中可以看出大学生髋关节和踝关节的灵活性以及稳定性相对较差,需进行针对性训练;针对灵活性、稳定性和基本动作问题,需进行相应的纠正性练习;提高大学生身体灵活性与稳定性非常重要;需重视大学生身体灵活性与稳定性联系,预防损伤发病,降低损伤机率;经功能动作筛查及预防损伤训练,可有效预防大学生损伤发病,增强大学生身体素质,改善身体机能。

    Abstract:

    In order to prevent the onset of sports injuries in college students and reduce the incidence of sports injuries, the prevention methods of sports injuries among college students were studied through functional movement screening. 160 college students were selected for functional action screening and scoring test. They were tested by scoring. This paper analyzed the overall test results of College Students"functional movement screening, the results of College Students" flexibility screening, the results of stability screening and the results of basic motor function screening, analyzed the correlation of different functional movement screening scores of College students, studied the distribution characteristics of functional movement screening scores of College students, and analyzed of the prevention effect of exercise injury. The results showed that the scores of rotation/rotation stability items were the lowest and the scores of shoulder flexibility were the highest; the range of shoulder motion and hip flexibility of female college students were better than that of male college students, and the trunk stability of male students was better than that of female students; the correlation between total score and flexibility of functional movement screening was the highest, and the correlation between total score and stability was the lowest, but the overall correlation was higher; the distribution of functional movement screening scores was the main. Focus on the middle part; Functional movement screening can reduce the incidence of injury among college students. From the results, we can see that the flexibility and stability of the hip and ankle joints of college students are relatively poor, which requires targeted training.; for flexibility, stability and basic movement problems, it is necessary to carry out corresponding corrective exercises; it is very important to improve the flexibility and stability of college students"bodies; it is necessary to pay attention to the relationship between the flexibility and stability of college students" bodies, to prevent the occurrence of injuries, and to reduce the probability of injuries. Through functional movement screening and injury prevention training, it can effectively prevent college students from injury, enhance the physical fitness of college students and improve their physical function.
