摘要: 研究了分形康托结构光子晶体频谱的自相似特性,用光传输矩阵方法计算光的传输和反射系数.结果表明,分形康托多层结构频谱具有明显的自相似特性,这种频谱的自相似特性是由于结构的自相似性引起的.和普通光子晶体不同的是分形光子晶体同时具有阻带和缺陷的功能,即在阻带的中间产生了缺陷模.并研究了影响阻带特性的因素及这种结构的应用.

Abstract: Self-similarity of the frequency spectra of fractal photonic crystals is studied. The optical transmission matrix method is used to calculate transmittance and reflectance. The result shows that there is obvious self-similarity in Cantor multilayer, resulted from the structural selfsimilarity. Being different from general PBG, this structure has stopbands and is also of defect modes. Factors affecting the stopband characteristic and applications of the structure are also studied.
