摘要:

       为了解山东省17个地市政府环境作为现状,分析地市之间政府环境治理的差异,利用熵权法对山东省各地市的政府环境作为进行定量分析与评价。研究结果表明,山东省各地市在环境治理投资、治理成效以及信息公开三个方面的差异均较大。其中,政府环境投资与治理成效和区域的社会经济发展水平相关性不大,取决于当地的环境治理状况。总体上,各地市政府环境作为评价综合得分呈现阶梯状下降趋势,地区差异明显,菏泽、济宁、临沂等市可提升的空间较大。

Abstract:

       We employ entropy weight method to evaluate government environment action of every municipality in Shandong province for analyzing the status quo of their government environment action and the difference among government environmental management policies. Results show that great differences exist in environmental management investment, management effect and information publication. Government environmental investment and management effect depend on local environmental management situation. Total scores of municipal environment action demonstrate downward tendency. Remarkable city difference exists, but such cities as Heze, Jining and Linyi have greater promotion space.
