基于粗集理论的C3I信息融合性能评估方法

摘要: 讨论了基于粗集理论的信息融合系统性能评估的理论和方法, 以C3I的应用为背景建立了信息融合性能指标体系. 给出基于粗集理论进行系统综合评估的一般步骤和确定评估指标权值的算法, 尤其是在有信息遗失情况下的信息处理方法. 同时提出一种用于多传感器信息融合性能测试与评估的系统结构, 通过软件测试的方法, 对融合算法进行测试与评估, 实现了对融合算法选择和参数选择的指导, 实验结果验证了本文方法的有效性.

Abstract: The theories and methods of performance evaluation for multi-sensor data fusion system based on rough set theory were discussed. A information fusion performance criterion system was founded with C3I application as background. The evaluation process is similar to the decision process, the general way of integration system evaluation and the algorithm of assigning the weights to condition attributes with rough set are presented, and the method of dealing with information with missing data is given, too. In the meantime, a framework is presented for performance test and the evaluation of multi-sensor data fusion. Finally, the algorithm of information fusion and the choice of parameters can be directed by using software, and experimental results have revealed the efficiency of the method.
