摘要: 用测定化学需氧量(COD)和总有机碳(TOC)表征自然水体生物膜上有机质含量 , 利用方差分析对COD和TOC之间的关系进行了探讨. 结果表明, 时间因素对于生物膜上 COD/TOC值影响不显著, 深度因素在一定范围内对其影响亦不显著, 因而认为, 在一 定范围内COD/TOC值恒定, 均可以用COD和TOC表征自然水体生物膜上有机质的含量.

Abstract: The organic materials of natural water surface coatings were quantified by me asuring chemical oxygen demand (COD) and total organic carbon (TOC) in the natu ral water surface coatings, and the relationship between COD and TOC was investigated with the variance analysis. The results indicate that the time factor has no sig nificant effect on the ratio of COD to TOC, while the depth factor has no obviou s effect on it within the depth range selected. So both COD and TOC could be use d for determining the amount of organic materials of natural water surface coati ngs.
