| Both the frequency characteristics of common measuring instrum en ts for electric parameters and the status of the instruments working in harmonic s environment are analyzed in this paper. Based on these, the core point of harm onic impacts to electric parameter measurement is found out, and the new viewpoi nt that electric parameter should be measured in different frequency is proposed . |
