Abstract ：This theses studied on the trajectory which came from a point of a movable straight through any certain point in space meet certain conditions (these conditions concerned with the point of intersection from fixed-point, movable straight and acentric conicoid), this equation of trajectory still expressed a acentric conicoid, and elicited a method of the acentric conicoid equation that a movable point meet the conditions of the theses was given.
