    摘要:

    顶替效率是固井施工过程中最难控制的因素,提高注水泥的顶替效率能有效驱替钻井液、清除钻井液虚泥饼,从而提高水泥胶结质量和水泥环密封性能。是防止油、气、水窜的前提。随着开采工艺的发展,对固井顶替效率提出了更高的要求:影响顶替效率的因素复杂多变,本文针对影响顶替效率几大重点因素展开深入研究,结合大庆油田近几年来使用越来越多的高密度钻井液引起的固井顶替效率低的实际,通过对现场的实测数据进行综合分析,为大庆油田高密度钻井液井的固井施工设计及提高顶替效率措施提供依据。

    Abstract:

    replace efficiency is most difficult to control factors during cementing construction process. Improving the efficiency of cement injection can effectively replace drilling fluid, remove drilling mud cake, so as to improve the deficiency of cement bond quality and cement ring seal performance, is the premise to prevent oil, gas, water channeling. Along with the development of the mining technique, cementing replace efficiency is put forward higher request: influence factors of replace efficiency complex and changeable. Aiming at the several major key factors influencing the replace efficiency make thorough research. Combined with daqing oilfield in recent years using more and more high-density drilling fluid that lessens cementing replace efficiency by the actual. according to the actual data analysis, provide basis for daqing oilfield high-density cementing construction design and improve replace efficiency measures.
