Design of Three Loop Control System in NC Cam Grinding Process

摘要:

为验证数控凸轮磨削控制系统中三闭环的稳定性,根据矢量控制原理,将交流永磁同步电机(PMSM:Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor)等效为直流电机系统模型,并应用机理分析法对凸轮旋转轴(C轴)和砂轮进给轴(X轴)进行深入剖析。利用三环(电流环-速度环-位置环)由内而外逐步推导传递函数的方法,建立了整个凸轮轴磨削控制系统的数学模型,并进行了Matlab仿真。结果表明,建立的三环控制系统稳定,为进一步研究凸轮高精度磨削提供了理论基础。

Abstract:

In order to confirm whether the three closed loop of NC(numerical control)  cam grinding control system is steady,according to vector control principle,Make PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor)  equivalent to DC Motor model,then rotational axis(Axis C) and wheel feed shaft (Axis X) are thoroughly analyzed by mechanism analysis.By using three loop control method (current loop-speed loop-position loop) which deduces transfer function gradually inside and outside,mathematical models of entire camshaft grinding servo system are established and emulated by Matlab.Results show that the three loop control system is steady,and this will lay the oretical basis in further study of high precision grinding.
