高渗透砂岩油藏自流注水机理及开发效果研究

    针对沙漠地区油藏注水水源供应不足的问题,以中东地区某高渗透砂岩油藏为例,以油藏工程方法和数值模拟为手段,开展了自流注水机理、自流注水适应性及开发效果研究。研究中定义了“自流注水门限压力”的概念,认为要能够自流注水,水层压力需要达到“自流注水门限压力”来克服注水过程中水层与井筒之间的产水压差、井筒内的摩阻损失、井筒中的水柱压差以及井筒与油层之间的注水压差。分析了油藏适合自流注水的地质条件和压力条件。建立了自流注水采收率计算的表达式,并针对N油藏进行了实例计算。运用数值模拟方法,进一步研究了N油藏进行自流注水的开发效果,研究结果表明,N油藏的开发策略为:先进行弹性驱动开发,待油藏不能稳产时转为自流注水开发,最后转为人工注水开发。

    Abstract:

    For the problem that the reservoir in desert areas is short of water injection resource, an adaptability and development effect of dumpflooding study was carried out in high permeability sandstone reservoir in Middle East by means of reservoir engineering method and numerical simulation. Based on the definition of “dumpflooding threshold pressure”, the mechanism of dumpflooding was analyzed. To conduct dumpflooding, water layer pressure must attain “dumpflooding threshold pressure” to overcome differential pressure between water layer and wellbore, friction pressure lost in wellbore, water gravity differential pressure in wellbore and water injection differential pressure between wellbore and reservoir. Dumpflooding adaptability in N reservoir of H field in Middle East was demonstrated considering the reservoir condition and its dumpflooding threshold pressure. An expression of dumpflooding recovery was built and applied in N reservoir. The development effect with dumpflooding in N reservoir was further researched using numerical simulation method, the development mode of N reservoir is: depletion at first, then dumpflooding is conducted when production plateau is reached, finally artificial water injection is conducted.
