Wireless Innovative Campus Area Networks (WiCAN) transmission platform is the basis that wireless innovative experiments can be carried out. The software reconfiguration mechanism provides necessary support. Based on the overall configurability, in this paper, a software reconfiguration mechanism is applied to WiCAN transmission platform. Through appropriate resource configuration and experiment configuration, wireless innovative experiment is tested to prove the feasibility of this software reconfiguration mechanism.
