摘要:

利用ANSYS CFX11.0软件,采用标准k-ε湍流模式封闭雷诺应力项,选取6组不同的叶轮转动位置,分别在两种工况下,对离心泵内部流动进行三维定常湍流数值模拟,获取了离心泵内部流场结构,计算泵的扬程及效率.通过与外特性试验及非定常计算结果进行对比,分析了定常计算中,叶轮转动位置对离心泵外特性预测结果的影响.

Abstract:

Full three dimensional numerical simulations of centrifugal pump are carried out using ANSYS CFX11.0 under 2 operating conditions with 6 different impeller positions. The Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations are solved with a turbulence model of standard k-ε. The flow pattern is obtained. The head and hydraulic efficiency of the pump are computed. The results are compared with measured data and the unsteady results. Based on these, an analysis is made over the effect of impeller position on the steady calculation of centrifugal pump.
