With the aid of a preconditioned mathrixP=(I Ca),the preconditioned Jacobi iterative method is discussed.Some comparison theorems are obtained,and the relation between the convergence rate of preconditioned Jacobi iterative method and the parameters is brought to light.Finally a numerical example is given for illustrating advantage of results in this paper.
