摘要: 对于含不确定参数的工程结构,考虑了设计参数与可靠性的关系,根据目标可靠性要求对结构参数进行优化设计,提出了一种基于可靠性的含裂纹结构的风险评估方法.基于分项系数法,建立了设计参数关于目标可靠性指标的校验方程,使得所设计的参数满足需要的可靠性要求.进一步应用所述方法对裂纹扩展导致的结构可靠性问题进行了探讨

Abstract: For the structures with uncertain parameters, it is essential to finding out the relationship between design parameters and reliability, so as to optimize the design parameters in accordance to the required target reliability index. An approach to the reliability-based risk assessment of crackable structures was therefore proposed. Based on the partial factors, a check formula was derived for the design parameters in relation to the target reliability index, thus enabling the parameters in design to meet the requirement of reliability. Further, the proposed method could be applied to the exploration of the structure reliability problem caused by crack propagation.
